It is opened to all Catholic women and men both young and old, communicants and non-communicants who do not belong to any women group; and those who shall abide by the rules and regulations of the Society.
Formation
Opanin Priscilla Felicia Obeng who was then a parishioner and a devoted member of the St. Theresa of the Child Jesus Society, St. George branch who later became a parishioner at St. Dominic Catholic Church, Adweso, had a vision to establish the society at St Dominic Catholic in the early 2000s. She then gathered few dedicated women and the society was officially inaugurated in 2004. It started with an initial membership of twenty-nine (29). Some of the founding members include Op, Patience Addae, Onua Philomina Pamford, Onua Georgina Sam, Onua Georgina Appiah, Onua Francisca Dzata and others who shared her passion. Since then, the society has grown steadily over the years. Currently, the society can boast of about forty active members.
